Parking:
Plenty of parking is available in our private lot.

Financial Policy:

Patients with insurance are also required to pay in full at the time services are rendered. As a courtesy to you, we will electronically submit insurance claims to your insurance company and they will reimburse you directly.

For large treatment plans, financial arrangements are available - ask us.

Appointment Reservation:
Your appointment in our office is reserved just for you. In the event of an emergency, we require 48 hours to cancel.
